Bard's Meadow, Horsham

Bard's Meadows is a large multi phase housing development in Broadbridge Heath, West Sussex. The name and identity of the development, created by Rapacioli Studio, focuses on it's historic location adjacent to the beautiful market town of Horsham and it's relationship with the romantic poet Percy Shelley, who was born in Broadbridge Heath itself. We created a Shared Ownership brand to support a five phased launch strategy including a cost effective print solution for the adaption of brochures for each phased release where mood photography sets the tone with reference to the sites idyllic rural setting.
