Martello Place, Seaford

Martello Place is a Shared Ownership development in Seaford, East Sussex. With views from the development over Seaford Bay, the brand created by Rapacioli Studio, references the uniquely coloured beach huts and historic Martello tower that define the town's identity. In addition, a full suite of marketing collateral including; brochures, site signage, press advertising and marketing suite graphics were created.
