The Elements, Herne Bay

Located in the Kentish seaside town of Herne Bay, The Elements is an unusual development comprising a broad range of a different property styles including workman's cottages, townhouses, a contemporary apartment block, a Georgian style apartment block and a renovated Grade II listed schoolhouse. These attributes directly informed the naming, scheme branding and communication platform "Find the home that’s right for you - be truly in your element".
Rapacioli Studio produced the marketing brochure, architectural artists impressions, local area photography, microsite designs, site hoardings and signage, marketing suite assets and advertising executions for traditional and digital media.
